Have you ever doubted the purpose of existence?

This is my first post related to the subjects the blog aims to discuss so it will contain one of my most important concerns.


Every time I am bored I start thinking , but no matter how much I think there is one question that comes to my mind.

I am far from an atheist so I really do believe we were created by a superior being, I also believe that even if we evolved from a small unicellular organism,even that organism must have been created by something,by someone.

And then,the first thing that comes to my mind is an endless series of creations.And if we were created by God,and we know we couldn't appear from nothing,then how could God appear from nothing?Doesn't that mean that God was created by a being more superior than him too?Doesn't that mean that the whole existence is a succession  of creations,an eternal chain of Superior being>lesser being in which humans are the last?
